So I did some plugin updating today, which rules! Few good things, few bad things.

• Mob Spawning is FIXED! We can spawn slimes and endermen! Will we though...we'll see. Possible cheatarena game?
• We disabled a lot of commands that changed the gameplay a lot, for example, /weather. This will mostly effect admins, but it makes the game a bit more equitable. Check the command list to the side.
• rTriggers broke. That's our MOTD, and custom command plugin. So, until I figure it out, no more /fackel or /opfa. I AM working on it though.
• IF you're paying attention to the list of member commands....multiple homes are now supported. HOWEVER it's off for now, until we figure out how to limit it to some number we decide...for example, 3.
• Lockchest seems to be discontinued. We may move to lockette...but we can't just switch, since we'd lose current locks. I'm looking into if we can have them concurrently, then phase it out later. Dunno.

QUESTION So I think LockChest is no longer being updated...the only other chest locking plugin updated for 1317 bukkit (our version) is Lockette. Problem is...it uses signs. A LOT of them. Watch this video:

Hey dudes! What's up? My family's gone so hopefully I'll get some more playtime now. This morning I backed up the logs, updated the ban list, and checked into if any of our plugins need updates; there's a few. Some of our plugins, like LockChest, are now obsolete and no longer being updated...I dunno if we should switch though, we'd have to re-lock all chests. I may try another plugin and then try to keep both installed up to a point...everyone loves Lockette. I also updated the map backups over in the sidebar.

Let's see what else. Lightning and merijnwounda (sp?) are planning another building competition, once we get some rule ideas ironed out we'll post about it here. We have a spawn griefer, but we have an idea who it is, but EVERYONE KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN! Umm, other than that not much is going on, how are you all? :D

We got griefed badly at spawn, and our backups are not getting made. We're looking into a new host...cherry on the cake our host is just completely down. Stay here for updates.

UPDATE: So I can see that the backup at midnight was seemingly ok, but the 2AM one was destroyed. So I look in the logs (which are posted below) and it's pretty obvious what happened. I noticed it happened right before midnight, so I went to that spot...unbroken TNT there. The backup happened like 5 minutes into his reign of terror, so no damage done :D

So we're back up and running, and I banned him, as you can see in the following image:

I have in-laws in town for this week and next week so I haven't been on to play. Kermit offered to hold the trials since I'm crazy busy. Are you guys interested in that? I'll be back more often after next weekend...it's Overjoyed_Worm (and my wife's) parents in town to visit :)
