Folks it's time for another building contest! It's not too lengthy of a list of details... I hope.  So here we are.

The building contest will start this Friday, October 26th 4 PM Pacific time.

The teams for this contest will be the factions (Elite, Walrus, Legion) however we are opening up a fourth independent team. This team will not necessarily become a faction, but it is for all those non-factioners out there who want to participate. It will however be a TEAM EFFORT. You can't just go off on your own, you have to work together.

(IMPORTANT) If you want to be part of this team of independents (hah oxymoron)  comment so BELOW.

The contest will take place at spawn, as it is still rather empty , (yes we're basically using you as labor, but it's FUN labor) , and we need a list of structures to be built. Now, based upon how this first contest goes, this will most likely will be one of many rounds of an overall building contest. Each team will be given an instruction for building, which will be randomly placed in a chest by an owner, and selected randomly by a member of each team.  The lots on which you will build these will also be assigned randomly.

You will have a total of 3 days to plan and prepare for your structure, (you may start building, but remember we want good well built structure. no half-assing) and then a week to build.  Yes this contest will end on November 5th, so no dilly dallying.

Of course there is the most obvious thing on your minds, the reward. The winner (judged by our owners Gary surf and mike) will receive EITHER  a substantial amount of diamonds or experience. I'm sure if you wanted some other form of payment it could be negotiated.

Hey Everyone!

Strange_turkey has been promoted, how about some congrats!!!!!!!

Yes, there has been a recent uproar because of it.  Anyone that would like to discuss this, please contact me instead of spamming chat in game or in IRC.  Also, leave cnc alone about it. I initiated the promotion, not him.  Yes, I got my opinion from others I trust because I haven't been around to make such a judgement, and even if I had been I wouldn't have made a decision like that alone anyway.  So, again, you want clarification, or to get anything off your chest, get at me. easiest through skype (natel.arvixe), email (nathan.lowell@arvixe.com most frequently check, but minecraftpisspants@gmail.com will work well too, just make sure it's specified that it's for me).  Plain and simple, attitude, mindset, and skills factor in equally ALONGSIDE time spent on the server.  And ask any owner... theres always people pissed off when someone gets promoted... always.

All that aside,

There will be one more person promoted to admin.  Once we are on the new server, and have started listing more again, there will probably be one more promotion to start with, then more as/if needed. So don't go thinking someone shit in your toybox just yet.  We have been discussing this and have not thought beyond the next promotion at this time.  Once all applicable parties (you know who you are lol) have gotten their votes into the mix, it will be done and announced.

Allright folks.  Due to the inactivity of the leaders of both Legion and Elite, I say we call for the next in line of these factions to start building and working.  Kermit. Get. The. Fuck. On.  Besides that we wait, build, recruit, and prepare for war. I'm not sure what sort of war this will be, but I am fairly certain it will be epic.

CNCR UPDATE:

There is a bit of lag for some reason, no one can figure it out.
We are working at other server hosting options.

On a unrelated issue to teh3l3m3nts server hosting, MY personal server crashed or something( I think they wanted me off their old system) so I was hosting the server stats on there,
So I had failed to back the stats up recently so, they are rolled back to whenever I last did it, It looks like a while ago. Just so you know.

SURF UPDATE: The host is rebooting our box...we've been unable to communicate with the server all dizzay.

Yeah, as some of you know, the server is fucked up right now. We've all experienced this. Whether it's not being able to get on at all or maybe just logging in for 2 seconds. Teh3l3m3nts is having trouble connecting to the host too. It's not you guys it's us. Wow it sounds like i'm breaking up with you guys. IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S MEEEEEE. Anyways this might take a bit to fix so, go play terraria or jerk of or somthin.
